About the role:
Design the end-to-end product experience at Reachly — from the onboarding flow to the core revenue workflow dashboard. You’ll own design from first sketch to shipped component, collaborating closely with engineering and the CTO. This is a zero-to-one role: you’ll shape the visual language and UX patterns for the whole product.
What we’re looking for:
MUST HAVE
4+ years product design experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking
Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
Ability to work independently from brief to handoff
Clear communication — you write well and explain your decisions
NICE TO HAVE
Experience designing data-heavy or AI-powered products
Frontend skills (HTML/CSS, React basics)
Motion design or Lottie animation experience

Compensation & equity:
Base: $90,000–$130,000 USD
Equity: 0.1%–0.25% (4-year vest, 1-year cliff)
$2,000 home office budget
$1,000 learning budget
