Privacy Policy

LAST UPDATE: JUNE 1, 2025

This policy explains what information Reachly collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've tried to write it in plain English — not legalese.

  1. Information We Collect

  • Information you provide

  1. Account information — name, email address, company name, password

  2. Billing information — payment card details (processed securely by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers)

  3. Communications — messages you send us via the contact form, support tickets, or email

  4. Campaign content — message templates, tone settings, and targeting criteria you create within Reachly

  • Information collected automatically

  1. Usage data — pages visited, features used, clicks, and time spent in the product

  2. Device information — browser type, operating system, IP address, device identifiers

  3. Log data — error reports, performance metrics, and diagnostic information

  • Information from connected accounts

When you connect your LinkedIn account, CRM, or other third-party services to Reachly, we collect the information necessary to provide our services — including LinkedIn profile data, connection status, and message activity related to your outreach campaigns. See Section 4 for more detail on how we handle LinkedIn-related data specifically.

  1. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  1. Provide, operate, and maintain the Reachly platform

  2. Generate AI-personalized outreach messages on your behalf

  3. Process payments and manage your subscription

  4. Send you service-related communications, including account notices and security alerts

  5. Send you product updates and marketing communications, where you've opted in

  6. Improve our product through aggregated, anonymized usage analysis

  7. Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service

  8. Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use the content of your private messages or campaign data to train AI models used by other customers.

  1.  How we share your information

We share information only in the following circumstances:

  1. Service providers — companies that help us operate Reachly, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, and customer support tools. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

  2. Integrations you authorize — when you connect a CRM or other tool (HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, etc.), we share the data necessary to power that integration.

  3. Legal requirements — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Reachly, our users, or the public.

  4. Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

  1. LinkedIn data & outreach activity

Reachly helps you run outreach campaigns on LinkedIn. To do this, we process publicly available LinkedIn profile information for the prospects you target — including name, headline, role, company, and recent public posts — solely to generate personalized messages on your behalf.

We do not access LinkedIn data unrelated to your outreach activity, and we do not use prospect data for any purpose other than delivering the Reachly service to you. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Reachly complies with LinkedIn's own terms of service and applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.

  1. Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we retain your data for 30 days in case you choose to reactivate, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.

Campaign data, including scraped lead lists and message history, is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 90 days of cancellation.

  1. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you

  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information

  • Request deletion of your personal information

  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your data

  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format

  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@reachly.com. We will respond within 30 days.

  1. Data security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, regular security audits, and access controls limiting who within Reachly can view customer data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  1. International data transfers

Reachly is based in the United States, and your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for cross-border data transfers, in accordance with applicable law.
