About the role:

Build Reachly’s content engine from scratch. You’ll own our SEO strategy, produce high-quality content that converts, and establish our voice in the sales and AI-powered revenue workflow space. This isn’t a “churn 30 blog posts a month” role — we care about quality, rankings that drive revenue, and content that people actually share.

What we’re looking for:

MUST HAVE

  1. 3+ years content marketing with a measurable SEO track record

  2. Strong writer — clear, punchy, and technically credible

  3. Proficiency with SEO tooling (Ahrefs, Semrush, Search Console)

  4. Experience building content that drives organic pipeline

  5. Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight

NICE TO HAVE

  1. Experience in sales tech, workflow automation, or productivity SaaS

  2. Newsletter or distribution channel you’ve grown

  3. Basic HTML/CMS skills for publishing

Compensation & equity:

  1. Base: $75,000–$105,000 USD

  2. Equity: 0.05%–0.1% (4-year vest, 1-year cliff)

  3. $1,000 annual learning budget

  4. Home office stipend

  5. Full health, dental & vision (US) or equivalent stipend

What to expect:
